SANKH Overseas Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001:2015; ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certified, promoted by Mrs. Surekha Sharma and Mrs. Apoorva Swami, a women’s entrepreneur owned company in 2019, is an independent company based out of Kolkata India.
SANKH produce, manufacture and supply high quality Eco-friendly jute, juco, denim and cotton diversified products worldwide, with sustainability and ethics at the core of our business.
SANKH has over 60,000 square feet of advanced manufacturing facility in Kolkata, where it engages over 350 workers and have in house capacity – 3.0 million bags per Year. SANKH OVERSEAS works closely with local workers, fabricators in Kolkata to provide education and a good living wage, whilst also supporting local suppliers. The factory, where jute & cotton yarn is processed to produce the tapes, is regularly inspected to ensure ethical trading and working practices. SANKH has highly trained stitchers and printers work in our facility to produce perfectly printed, durable bags, every time.
